Compared with other cleaning methods such as traditional manual, mechanical, chemical and biological cleaning, ultra-high pressure water jet cleaning has the following advantages:
1. The pressure and flow rate of the water jet can be easily adjusted, so that the matrix of the cleaned material will not be damaged;
2. Ultra-high pressure water jet cleaning is a physical cleaning, no harmful substance discharge and environmental pollution problems, will not cause secondary pollution;
3. The various changes of the nozzle can clean the shape and structure of complex objects, and can be cleaned in narrow space or harsh environment;
4. Ultra-high pressure water jet cleaning is fast and thorough. If the cleaning rate of the heat exchanger is more than 95%, the boiler descaling rate is more than 95%;
5. Low cleaning cost, only about 1/3 of chemical cleaning, belongs to energy-saving equipment.
